The second day of racing at the opening Preliminary Regatta of the 38th America's Cup saw another dominant performance by Luna Rossa's Youth and Women crew.

Although the day began in breezes in the upper teens, the pressure faded slowly over the day and became increasingly shifty – to the point that some crews were struggling to stay airborne through manoeuvres in the third and final race of the day.
